In Israel, all the players has the same ISP.
As if one Israely hacked, the others got linked to them to!
Having those bans as Israely doesn't mean that you hack!

It is true, the MAC adresses match.
Messi is the same player...

And this is the reason why he got banned:
Cvar MPC_VERSION Class * = CLASS ENTRY2.MPC_VERSION

It's a file that contains a loader.
You can download it at a noob hacker site.
I know the site but I'm not gonne put it up here...
